Looks like "ü" is displayed as ISO8859; while it's Unicode.

[remi at auguste ~]$ echo KÃŒnstler | iconv -f UTF8
Künstler

Not sure if there is a portable way to convert, nor if we should assume 
that ID3 tags are in Unicode.
