[vlc-devel] vlc-trunk win32 contrib package needs updating

Hi,

Buld env: cygwin
contrib package: contrib-20041113-win32-bin-gcc3.3.1-only.tar.bz2


Markfm_ suggested I drop a note to Gibalou pointing out the last vlc-trunk contrib package and a fresh build, required me to obtain and build a later libspeex (1.1.6) versus the one provided.  The one provided produces 4 undefined reference errors on the speex plugin link.
