[vlc-devel] What determines what's in the Navigation menu

What is it that determines what goes into the Navigation menu say on Wxwindows? 

In say dvdnav.c DemuxTitles(), this input_title_t *t getting all sorts
of Menus added to it, via TAB_APPEND. And then in Control()
vlc_input_title_Duplicate() is presumably used to copy this to
something can use it. The cdda plugin does the same thing but nothing
gets put in a Navigation Menu. 

But what is it that determines whether this goes in the Navigation
menu or not?
