[vlc-devel] error compiling libvorbis

hi to all, well , I'm trying to compile VLC in Mandrake 10.0, I have
all sources that VLC needs..well when I compile the libvorbis source ,
I take a error like this:

well If you know  why , please send me a solution....

well another question is about thre x264-***** source that VLC needs ,
I dont know to to compile this package..I do monly make , but then I
can't make "make install" why?
