Playlist feedback on rc interface when a button is pressed on any other interface. Included are: play, pause, resume, stop, volume changes.

- fix crash with stop state feedback
- cleanup of feedback messages 
- feedback messages include commandname if possible
- fix compiler warnings

There is a small caveat with pause: on the rc interface the pause command works as a toggle. Entering pause once stops the video, enter it another time to resume the video.
