Log Message:
 * rtp: fixed mpeg1/2 with QT (QT want pts for each frame, use dts as a
 fallback).
 RTP successfully tested with QT 6.5 for mpeg 1/2 video and audio,
 mpeg4 audio. mpeg4 video doesn't always work.
