[vlc-devel] VLC 0.7.0

Delighted that 0.7.0 hit the streets!

The announcement read: 
 * Subtitles support enhancements

Might be a little misleading.  Although dvb subtitles have been added,
the OGT and CVD subtitle changes have been put into the this release
as requested, Also changes to make MPEG playback less jumpy when it
has subtitles due to a WinSubMux bug have been held back. So there
will probably be quite a bit of improvement between this release and
the next.

Unless there are objections, I'll be committing the changes mentioned
above that I've been holding off on.
