[vlc-devel] Red Hat / Fedora Packages

Red Hat / Fedora Packages have been uploaded to the FTP.  The directions 
for the page should be as follows:

Downloads:
  vlc-binary.tar.gz (VLC Binary Packages)
  vlc-devel.tar.gz (VLC Development Headers)
  vlc-source.tar.gz (VLC Source Code)
  redhat9-updates.tar.gz (Updates needed to run VLC on Red Hat 9)
  vlc (Individual packages)

Installation instructions:
  1. Download the packages you want
  2. Run tar zxf <package name> for each package to be installed
  3. Run rpm -U vlc/* --force
