If anybody is wondering, there is  a very usefull application for this :
DVB streaming : you can now  stream a whole transponder at once, sending
each program on a different address (as VLS does, in fact...)

The only thing  remaining to be able  to stream DVB is  cleaning the dvb
input a bit.
