 * dvdnav: a lot of fixes : 
    - subtitle/audio selection works
    - subtitle display works
    - menu fixed.
 Problem:
    - when we see a menu, the currently selected item isn't highlighted
You have to select another to see them. I don't understand why ...
    - manual audio/sub selection is lost when we switch back to the menu.
