[vlc-devel] Will start storing colormaps in chroma_sys_t

Unless there are objections or reasons not to, I'll start storing the
color maps that are used (or color palette) in the struct chroma_sys_t
of modules/video_chroma/i420_rgb.h.

This will make it possible to write a routine to find the colormap
index and value for a given color.
