[vlc-devel] Bootstrap error in current Subversion (Revision 8123) -- missing file

WinXP, Cygwin,...

During bootstrap, I'm getting:

Copying file intl/intl-compat.c
+ aclocal-1.7 -I m4 -I extras/contrib/share/aclocal
aclocal: couldn't open directory `extras/contrib/share/aclocal': No such
file or
 directory
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.
make: *** No rule to make target `package-win32-base'.  Stop.

I did a kill-and-fill -- completely purged my local copy, redownloaded
everything.  Same error.
