Could you please put the old wizard back in, at the initial "File" level of
the menu?  I see it is there, though only as a "back door" if you do a File
-- open device type.
The new wizard doesn't appear to let people adjust the CODEC type, bit rate,
other factors..., nor does it provide access to the command line, to see the
formation of the command.
For people who need to control CODEC and bit rate, but have not yet become
really good at rolling-your-own command line, the older GUI was very useful.
It let you see the syntax of the command (semi-colons, brackets,...), what
the various items were called (eg, mp4v, mpga,ab,...), and the bitrate
controls are an absolute necessity for people who don't have buckets of
bandwidth (e.g., us poor sould going over a WAN).
Otherwise, perhaps at least add an Options window, so people could adjust
their default CODECs, bandwidth,...)?
