Changed paths:
   M /trunk/modules/access/directory.c

* the directory plugin no longer uses the m3u demux
  - it now does the playlist_Add itself.
  - it sets the filename instead of the path as the item name
  - it uses dummy demux to fool vlc.
  - it's almost twice as fast now.
