[vlc-devel] video title and video border

I added some more feature to the windows version VLC (directx) so that one can modifie the title of the video playing and in some case can decide to play the video without any frames around the video.
--video-title <string>
--video-window <int>   {0: with frame 1: without frame}
if anyone is interestted in it , just ask. i'll send the patch on the mailing list
