Okay, Here is a final patch for several modification in the directx directory:

Window Positionning (command line) : --video-x <int> --video-y <int>
Video Title (default as before ) (command line) : --video-title <string>
Video Border (command line) : --video-border ; --no-video-border    ( boolean)
