[vlc-devel] file SDP

Hello 
I've a question about tha file *.sdp; I've two computers with vlc, one
like a server and and another like a client, all is excelent but but
question is how the client access to the video streaming exactly to
the file "test.sdp"? I can't understand how.
the comand is here:
******server:
vlc -vvv v4l:/dev/video:norm=ntsc:frequency=543250:size=320x240:channel=0:adev=/dev/dsp:audio=0
--sout '#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,acodec=mpga,vb=3000,ab=256,vt=800000,keyint=80,deinterlace}:rtp{dst=239.239.239.239,port=1234,sdp=http://ip_server:8080/test.sdp}'

******client:
vlc http://ip_servidor:8080/test.sdp
