[vlc-devel] Kasenna RTSP patch

Hi,

Derk-Jan added an --rtsp-kasenna option a couple of days ago.

I've implemented the changes needed in LIVE.COM to support Kasenna
RTSP and submitted a patch there.

This is the VLC side of the patch.

The second part to it is pause patch previously submitted by
Hussain. I haven't been able to test this properly because of
the realloc errors (which I still need to solve), but Hussain
had reported this working.

If you would prefer to wait until it is tested more, I will test
it as soon as I fix the realloc problems.
