[vlc-devel] vlc crashes since nightly build from 22-10-2004

with default-settings vlc can open and play files/videos. but after changing
the default-drive-letters (for example from 'D' to 'E' here) vlc crashes on
opening files.



after these first messages the crash occurs:

this bug appeared in (and happens since) the nightly build from 22-10-2004.
