[vlc-devel] vlc crashes after changing default-settings

just downloaded the current nightly windows build (26-10-2004). but vlc
crashes after changing (and saving) one default-setting (so that vlc creates
the 'vlcrc'-file).


with the default-settings (and only without an existing 'vlcrc'-file!) vlc
runs fine.


can someone have a look at that? i'm back to the nightly build from
21-10-2004. all builds after this have that behaviour, that vlc crashes on
file-open with saved non-default-settings.
