[vlc-devel] Makefile breakage

 Hello,

It looks like the top Makefile is broken. It looks for vlc-config.in in 
$(srcdir). In fact, vlc-config.in is created by configure, and as such 
it really is in $(top_builddir). This is extremely annoying when 
$(srcdir) and $(top_builddir) are not equal.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find out where that particular part of the 
Makefile was generated, so couldn't fix it.
