Hi,
Thanks for prompt reply.

"INSTALL.win32" file says its not possible to build VLC using VC++.
Is there any lower version of VLC which does this?
I just want demux TS file and play ac3 and Mpeg2 Video on PC.

Have a look at the INSTALL.win32 file.
