[vlc-devel] old patches never included

Hi, I sent two patches a while ago that I hoped would make it to the source.

One is for building on OS X, 
16/04/2004 [vlc-devel] Build on OSX, fix to Makefile.am

The other one is for correct support of multichannel support (all platforms) 
for AC3. (The same correction should also be done for DTS).
04/07/2004 [vlc-devel] Patch to a52tofloat32.c : enhanced multi channel 
support

I think the Beta period is good for testing those fixes.
I pointed to the messages I have sent, but I can resent the patches if 
requested.
