Hi,
no, it does not because RealMedia/-Video/-Audio files are proprietary 
formats and no open-source decoder exists for them. Only very old 
RealVideo-files are supported at the moment (RV10/RV20 afair) and there 
is no-one working on the newer codecs as far as I know, so there is no 
and there won't be a way to play such files with VLC now or in 
forthcoming releases.
