[vlc-devel] no audio output

I have no audio output running VLC,audio works fine with other
applications,i asked help on #videolan on IRC and they told me to send
u the error log,hope u can help me.....
i'm running VLC on ubuntu 5.04 my audio card is  built in in my ABIT
NF-7S motherboard(nforce2) and runs correctly under ALSA MIXER.
