[vlc-devel] wx 2.5.5 patch

Here's a patch to get VLC compiling with wx 2.5.5. The functionally
(should) be maintained exactly.

I also added a --wxwin-minimal option (off by default), which strips
the interface of several controls. This is the whole reason I set out
to fix this module, and I'm pleased to say it suits my purpose, so
please consider it a barter for the work I've done.
