[vlc-devel] problems in compiling vlc enabling FFMPEG

Hi,

Please respond to this problem. When I am enabling FFMPEG
and trying to compile vlc, it is not finding a file called
video_out/picture.h.

Can anybody send me this file and associated dependencies?
