[vlc-devel] wx hotkey fix

This solves a few issues with the wx hotkeys:
- end was processed as home
- any hotkey with a modifier wasn't processed correctly on msw
- insert and delete were missing (feature addition, not bug fix)

There's still a major bug left with the hotkey system in general,
which is that it does not detect duplicate key bindings. There are
several places this could be solved at, but they're obfuscated as it
is, so I'll leave it to someone that knows those areas.
