[vlc-devel] Duplicate shortcut key assignment

In the latest CVS builds Ctrl+I has been assigned to both "File -> Open 
Directory..." and "View -> Stream and Media Info..." commands. 
Previously, Ctrl+I used to open the info window; now it brings up the 
Open Directory dialog.
