    I tried to install VLC 0.8.2 on my Solaris 10 x86 system.

    And I got a lot of problems.

        30x-portaudio-*:     problem with portaudio (machine/soundcard.h: no such file or directory)
        31x-faac-*:          problem with faac (lots of errors on bootstrap, configure and make)
        32x-ffmpeg-*:        problem with ffmpeg (modified:Makefile,config.mak,libavcodec/faad.c,libavformat/rtp.c)
