This breaks the build for people who don't need httpd :

lib/libvlc.a(lib_libvlc_a-modules.o)(.text+0x11c2): In function
`__module_InitBank':
src/misc/modules.c:197: undefined reference to `httpd_ServerIP'

I don't know the clean way to fix that...
