at what rate does the vlc player stream the mpeg2 transport stream?
the basic thing is that i have a mpeg TS and i want stream it from a
server designed by me with basic RTP implementation.(what i have done
is that i am reading bytes from the transport stream and using it as
payload for RTP packets. i have made timestamp of RTP as constant).
how many mpeg packets should i send in a single RTP packet? how much
delay should be inculcated between transmission of RTP packets?
