Hi,

there seems to be a bug introduced in recent windows svn builds:

It takes quite a long time until the VLC window appears on the screen, if
you ether

   - start vlc with "-S sap" on windows
or
   - you start VLC and enable SAP (Settings -> Advanced -> Service discovery)

The timeout can be avoided if you ether

   - start vlc with "-S sap --no-sap-ipv6"
or
   - you start VLC (wie SAP enabled as discribed above) and disable
"IPv6-SAP-Listening" in Settings -> Advanced -> Service discovery -> SAP

BTW, there's a typo in the Settings -> Advanced -> Service discovery -> SAP
section: "IPv6-SAP-Listening" occurs twice, but the mouse-over text is
spelled correctly (once ipv4 and once ipv6).

Thanks and regards,
Thomas
