[vlc-devel] Bug : case-sensitive parsing of .ogg files

Hi! I just tried VLC on MacOSX adn found the following bug:

When parsing .ogg comments (title, author, etc.) is only found if
the comment in in lowercase ('title=...') and not in uppercase
(TITLE=...).

Most of my .ogg use the uppercase, but I have mixed results.

I can provide more information if necessary. This is VLC 0.8.2 for
Macintosh.
