[vlc-devel] Hebrew translation

Hello,
My name is Yaron Shahrabani and I would like to contribute to the Hebrew 
translation proccess
I would like you to send me the files to translate
Im a Windows XP user, so i'll be editing using poEdit, I guess that's 
alright as long as I use UTF-8, isn't it?
