[vlc-devel] Removing fullscreen on double click on Win32

I am trying to locate the code that handles the double
click for Win32. 

How do I remove the fullscreen on doubleclick within
the Win32 activex control

Someone has posted this question  earlier

If you are running linux, then comment out line 589
(p_vout->i_changes |= 
VOUT_FULLSCREEN_CHANGE;) in
modules/video_output/x11/xcommon.c.
