You cannot just feed a dvb-h ts stream into a media player, that's not
the way this standard works.

DVB-H is H264 over RTP over UDP over IP multicast over MPEG2-TS over
<what you want>. And among the IP data transmitted, not everything is
video streams. There are also several signaling channel, to announce the
available streams.

So, what you need to do is to setup an IP over MPEG2-TS stack on you OS
(you DVB card should come with some drivers to do that). You'll end up
with an additional network interface. Then you should receive SDP files,
broadcasted on some multicast group (maybe over SAP). Trying to open
this sdp file with VLC should allow you to read the stream, provided the
IP interface provided by your dvb card is you default interface for
multicast.
