[vlc-devel] PS AAC in NSV

Hi,
seems there is problem decoding PS HE-AAC in NSV, while the same demuxed
audio stream plays ok (NSV uses ADTS AAC).
these files are/may be produced with CT encoder distributed with Winamp,
so they are regular NSV files

tested with 0.8.4a on win32 and comfirmed on FC4 and win32 using 0.8.4
on other PC.
imho it's somehow related to ADTS mono/stereo as Nero7 seems produce PS
HE-AAC ADTS with indicates as stereo and VLC have no problem playing
these files, even cat'ted nero + winamp files *with same params) plays
ok if first file is encoded with Nero
