[vlc-devel] [PATCH] yet more x264 options

Hi,

This is a .diff against rev. 13821 to add a few more x264 options:
b-rdo, crf, mixed-refs, no-fast-pskip, trellis and weightb including
appropriate version checks and x264 rev. numbers where they were first
introduced.

In accordance to a previously submitted x264 options patch the (default)
values/names should be the same as are used in the x264 commandline
encoder.

I'm very much in favour of Alex Izvorski's approach (contributor of x264
options patch) of renaming (with backward compatibility) those vlc x264
options according to the x264 commandline encoder options because this
ultimately avoids confusion.
