Fix positioning of streamed and decoded subpictures. The dvbsub decoder now uses the i_flags, i_x and i_y positions of the subpicture_t. Use --dvbsub-position <n> or --dvbsub-x <n> --dvbsub-y <n> to postion the subpictures on the client. Default is bottom-center.
