[vlc-devel] Errors using latest C build tools

Hi --
I tested updating my Cygwin environment to:
autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.59
automake (GNU automake) 1.9.2
GNU Make 3.80
configure.ac:202: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_DEFINE
