[vlc-devel] Remember that it's 2005

Sam didn't sent the mail this year, and I personally noticed that a lot 
of the files that I and others edited this year did not have their 
Copyright notices updated.

So here I am reminding everyone to add your name to the top of the list 
of a file if you make major changes, and remember to change the 2004's 
to 2005's :)
