[vlc-devel] VLC playlist window missing in OS-X?

I've been periodicly building the latest SVN on my Mac and have noticed 
the playlist missing for some time.  The button is there and toggles, 
but does nothing.  The menu is there but is grayed out.  Is this area 
under construction or have I found a bug?
