[vlc-devel] Encoding frames for billing customers.

Hi.

I want to encode the i-frames of an mpeg-4 video in order to bill my
customers at a video-on-demand issue at my university. I don't know if
that is possible or if this is the correct option to do this. My
project is a video-on demand solution using vlc for streaming video.
