[vlc-devel] Need svn commit r9851 -- problem with wxwindows

Under r9851 of configure.ac, wxwindows won't build under Windows.  The
makefile gets generated, but no object files are created on a make.

On my own PC I reverted back to r9846, reran bootstrap/configure/make, and
wxwindows then built OK.

Need configure.ac corrected, else reverted back to r9846.
