[vlc-devel] Configure Broken on Mac OS X 10.4

Hey list, I've been trying to nail this down for the past day or two,  
but to no avail. Starting with revision 11730, running configure for  
me has failed to generate a proper makefile. If i pull revision 11729  
or previous, it work fine. But with 11730 and on it fails. Configure  
itself runs fine detection-wise, but when it creates config.status...  
thats where things get funky. Heres the errors it spews out at me:  
(I'm on 10.4.2 powerbook 876Mhz)

I am surprised that no one else has reported this since the big  
update on 11730 was a configure.ac update so shouldn't it affect  
everyone??

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Also, for the Mac developers: have you guys thought about using an  
NSPreferences controller for the Preferences window ( to continue the  
Mac Os look and feel for preferences windows).   I would love to help  
you guys out with the Mac version of VLC if at all possible.
