* MMS commands need to be 0 padded until the data is 8 byte aligned. Fixes a bug with MMS streams hosted by Helix Universal Servers, which were not as fault tolerent on this part as WM Servers. 
- mms://streams.omroep.nl/nos/nieuws/2005/juni/video/300605/docu_armstrong.wmv will now start. Still stops on receiving a command 5 apparently. Reason unknown.
- mms://streams.omroep.nl/tv/nos/journaal/bb.dinsdag.1000.asf doesn't work. It fails retrieving the ASF header, because the Helix server sends completely broken MMS preheaders on those packets as far as can be determined.
