[vlc-devel] [PATCH] changed svn method to HTTPS for svn.matroska.org to avoid HTTP errors.

Using HTTPS instead of HTTP allows svn to checkout the tree for  
building. This was a fix to the problem for building the dependencies  
in the trunk but is probably a temporary issue.
