What still needs to be done in the audio area:

- Set the AudioChannelLayoutTag of the channel layout we provide to the 
module
- implement a buffer system to take care of the changing inNumberFrames 
(occurs when resampling)
- reimplement support for digital streams (but my stereo is broken :( )
- find out why Probe()'s return VLC_SUCCESS returns something != 
VLC_SUCCESS

But at least it doesn't crash anymore, so this should all be easier to 
do.
