[vlc-devel] Win32 shell commands at commandline

vlc.exe > help.txt --help

pre XP I see no way to see the --help or --longhelp or --advanced help 
commands other than the last 22 lines...

I cannot get redirection or paging to work here.

fprintf(stderr...

will not automatically honor the redirection, but using

fprintf(stdout...

will.
